Mt. Si Remodel

The main goal on this project was to increase the views of Mt. Si from the back of their home. The only way previously was to walk up close to the window. Before/After shots at the end of the gallery
Hardly looks like the same house! We did have some setback constraints to work with by the garage. The custom trellis helps break up the vertical plane of the garage/bdrm wall.
The client wanted two extra bedrooms over the existing garage, extend the den and bedroom above and create more of a focal point entry.

The main objective for this remodel was to add (2) bedrooms above the garage, extend garage forward, update the entry and change the style to Northwest Craftsman.
